Hello, I'm Mary Ann Robertson. I'm the licensed, managing, funeral director of City Cremation. I've been in the funeral business for over 15 years. City Cremation has been established in response to a public need: the need for a simple, dignified deathcare solution that is as affordable as possible. Our goal is to provide demystified, complete and inexpensive direct cremation services. We are a small, local, company and our parent company owns the crematory City Cremation uses. The crematory, located in in Emeryville CA, is a state of the art facility managed by a dedicated team of professionals. Our crematory has been in business over 15 years with a spotless State Inspection Record. We are able to provide premium cremation services at the lowest cost to the comsumer by automating the paperwork and thereby eliminating the need for direct interaction with funeral directors. My name is Michael Tom and I have been a crematory operator for over four years and am both a licensed crematory manager and licensed funeral director. After working in social services, I entered the funeral industry where I enjoy using many of the same skills helping and comforting families during a time of loss.
