City Bootcamp classes are designed to help you lose fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase overall strength, and help get you into a routine of regular exercise. We also foster friendship, camaraderie, and team effort. Our classes are designed to push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself on your own. It is important to us to make sure that everyone involved works at their own pace and skill/fitness level and can also help people work around injuries. Bootcamps are a great way to meet new people, get motivated, and have fun getting fit. We provide a constantly varied environment for those who get bored in a gym atmosphere and promise to never offer the same workout twice. All of our classes run for 6 weeks per session to help you really get into the habit of working out on a consistent basis. Bootcamp is a type of group physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals, 45-60 minutes in duration. We start all of our classes with dynamic stretching and a little running, followed by a wide variety of interval training. In our classes you will use every fitness tool you can imagine, including dumb bells, resistance bands, TRX straps, kettle bells, weighted bars and medicine balls and boxing gear. We also do a lot with just bodyweight exercises, plyometrics and pilates. Sessions usually finish with yoga and other static stretching.
