I would give this place no stars if I could. There are no Citibanks in the town I live in so this is the closest branch. I waited 20 minutes to find out teller couldn't help with address change....

This bank is horrible. Only 1 teller most of the time and they will spend 20 minutes doing customer service with 1 customer instead of taking deposits. 5 people in line right now. I hate coming...
