I love this Citibank branch all of the service representatives are awesome. I must give a good shout out to Marty the branch manager. He is not only warm and inviting with his great personality....

Don't expect them to help you with anything. Always an excuse why they can't do something. Two people working but all they can do is "open accounts" nothing else. Worthless.

I've never seen a bank that only has one teller helping people while 3 other people walk around doing who knows what. Amazing..
