Everybody in the branch at Van Nuys is wonderful. They were helpful with setting me up at the calendar and kind and courteous.

they froze my account and stole my savings, also sent my loan into collections which destroyed my credit while they held my savings!!! the lady at the counter was not even trying to be helpful....
