Opened and new account with a large check, and the account was frozen twice in 30days. Finally closed out the account. Customer service sucks!

Terrible customer service. Don't even bother going to this branch. Thinking that an Irvine location was going to be better? Big mistake. The teller (the blonde lady with an accent) and the manager...

I came in 5 minutes before they closed like 3 weeks ago. It was an emergency regarding my card being locked & I had no access to funds. I'm still new with the bank & the tellers couldn't help me....

Don't waster your money and time with citi bank! I pay my balance in full each month on the the due date but they charged me late fee and interest because it was past 9pm! Disgusting!
