Attempted to pay a credit card balance with cash. They will only accept a check for this transaction if one does not have a citi checking/savings. I can't get over the irony of a bank refusing cash.

This location is a waste of real estate. They don't have the authorization to cash a Citibank check (unless you're an account holder), and the staff is incredibly incompetent and condescending....

I've been using this branch for years, and always get my banking accomplished just fine. The tellers and staff are nice. Sometimes there's a line; I'd suggest going when you aren't in a major rush.
