I use this mostly to make payments at the ATM. I rarely have to go inside, but if I do they are very helpful. Sometimes there is a long line.

Although generally busy, they do well when u need help. They are competitive with other major brands in interest rates. Their best feature is that they listen to customers.

Citibank has had multiple data breaches with customers data over the years. do not let them scan your drivers license!
