Terrible long wait. 4-5 bankers, and one teller. I'm not sure why one of the bankers could not help out. This place always has a wait- please staff more tellers.

Jay Phuong Hoang is the branch manager. He caters to you IF your account is high in funds...if not, he won't give you the time of day. He walks around like he owns the branch and his demeanor...
