Citi banks are stealing money, they stonewall credit accounts not answering why your amount is higher and they postpone your payments till after closing date and charge you an interest payment...

I'm confused how and WHY THIS location is CLOSED at 4:30pm on a normal business day!?!?! Normal business hours are 8am to 5pm!
