Be careful for the phone call. They called today said they are from Citi bank, but it is Veteran Day which the bank not even on Veteran Day.

Worst Citi branch I've ever been to. ATMs seldomly have cash and they're 2, a walk up and a drive up, so it's always busy inside. I've spoke to the manager and apparently it's the money trucks...
