I have visited here only a few times (not the branch closest to my home). Overall their service is good. Never had to wait for long. They open other more counters, if there is a long queue starts...

Citibank had lots of parking in front, indicating short line inside. yep. no waiting. quick service. turned down a candy cane cuz i eat few sweets now, just chocolate.
