Older Citibank and it shows. Customer service is pretty good, but this bank and location need to update. Why do I still have to use a deposit slip and envelope? Slow old atm

The bankers are friendly. I've never though been so up sold on credit cards however. They have got me into 3 credit cards and I feel upside down in credit card debt. Hardly working but two part...

The hits just keep coming! Citibank cancelled the checking account without providing a reason. They continue to target me by cancelling my Costco Visa card...again not providing a reason!

Can't even get my balance "simply," it's all time consuming! I see no reason for such confusion for a simple balance? Do you?
