However we break that down into FOUR distinct areas. 1) We specialize in helping people sell homes who were unsuccessful in selling previously through another agent. 2) Short-Sales: Assisting families in selling their home when they have no equity. We see too many people lose their home to foreclosure and fall victim to having a lien to satisfy from the bank after they think they are in the clear. As a result we've made a practice in assisting families through the short sale process and educating them on the need to control the process by not letting the bank foreclose. We have been successful in negotiating a non-recourse settlement in 100% of our cases. 3) Luxury Home Sales: We have been particularly successful here in our Sacramento area market as we market to our Bay Area clients and contacts. 4) Investors: We help investors (seasoned and first timers) find, evaluate and purchase income properties
