Stopped by for tea. We have the membership so came for the free signature milk tea. However be aware of their opening times. This location is inside a chubby cattle so during shift changes...

Im sure this place excels at their bbq, but their dedicated boba tea place fell flat. Although their boba is cheaper than most places....The green milk tea and original milk tea lacked tea flavor....
