Dr. Chu is full of himself, but once you get past his hubris, he is a great urologist. His staff is excellent. He tends to go overboard on wanting to run everything (nuclear bone scans, MRI, etc.)

I think these people set up appointments every 10 minutes. This isn't a place to have several patients wait almost 2 hours for the doctor to finally see them. Organize your time and appointments....
