The employment specialists are rude and unhelpful. They also refuse to follow up with you, requiring you to follow up with them, which wouldn't be so bad if they actually returned your calls after...

A well organized agency with outstanding customer service and compassion. They provide resources and motivation to obtain a job. They follow up and make sure you're on track with job searching....
