Poor, because òof customer service - the worst I've had with any Dr. Offices! Sorry Dr. Chan! I like your credentials and was hoping to see a former Marylander, but your office put a bar on it!!!

Does procedures and does not tell you cost out of pocket. Overcharges and is shady. The dental office should be upfront with costs and not bill you unknowingly. Very disappointed
