I began my real estate career with Hampton Real Estate & Financial Services in Encinitas, CA back in 1998. This is where I learned a ton about mortgage lending and the real estate business. I was rookie of the year my first year and generally held that title until changing brokerages. Over the years I learned more aspects of the business as I began working with 'executive' and 'dream home' buyers in higher price ranges as well as listing and selling homes, land and even commercial business's. I always seek to sell the homes I list for the most amount of money in the least amount of time because it's a win for my client and a win for me and in order to do so I've had to become a student of ALL the things that make a home sell fast and for more money including pricing, staging and timing.
