History

WCC was incorporated under the laws of the State of California on September 30, 1992. January 1996, Ed Hoffman acquired WCC. With this new team, the Company took on a new aggressive, sales-oriented approach to originating and funding loans. The Company elected to develop its presence and market share in Moreno Valley and in May 1996 WCC moved to Moreno Valley. In 1998 WCC received HUD approval as a Non-Supervised-Mortgagee and functions as a direct Mortgage Banker. With the ability to underwrite and fund their own loans, WCC continues to finance its steady growth from earnings. For 10 years the company experienced tremendous growth and discovered a need for a corporate identity. In March 2006 WCC moved their newly constructed 14,000 sq. ft. building located at 23328 Olivewood Plaza Drive. WCC is now solely owned by Edwin Hoffman as a privately held corporation. WCC has become a strong dynamic company that continues to be innovative in the lending industry.
