I have over twenty years experience working in the mental health field. I believe the sense of comfort in the therapeutic relationship is vitally important. For this reason I dedicate the initial session establishing what your expectations are and whether I can meet your needs. I believe in providing mental health care services to my patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The therapeutic modality that I tend to favor and have most success with is Brief Solution Focus Therapy. This basic philosophy of this therapy is that change is constant and inevitable. Therapy focuses on the fact the clients are their own experts and with my help we will define goals with an emphasis on what is possible and changeable.
