phone: 831-899-2622. This is the absolute BEST restaurant in seaside!! It is always packed with locals from the monterey bay area. The highest priced item on the menu is $6.50. It has the best pho, lemongrass chicken, and five spiced chicken I have ever had. They also have a wide variety of teas, shakes, yogurt, and a new type of drink called a "sno bubble" ( it reminds me of a lighter type milk shake). You have to try this place.....from your friendly locals in Seaside.
