Choice Home Care is a Non-Medical Home Care Agency that provides the necessary assistance to Seniors, People with Disabilities and those transitioning from a hospital or medical facility to home. The principals of Choice have been providing Home Care Services in the community since 1999. Over the years we have established a reputation of excellence in service in our community. Choice Home Care, Inc. became a vendor of the Regional Center in 2004 and currently provides support services in form of In-home Respite Care, Attendant Care and Independent Living Skills Program to individuals with disabilities and their families.
