Chloe on Curson Apartments

I did a guided tour here and fell in love! Such a clean complex and such helpful staff. They answered all my questions without being too overwhelming. Nice clean pool too.

The building roof was damaged during the rainy reason LA had and has not been fixed. Apparently, they can't find any roofers to fix the roof? If you move here just hope there is not rain....

Had a great experience with the Vive LA property. Very neat place and many friendly people. Community area was very nice and kept up (and it has a pool which is a plus when it comes to this area)...

When I first moved in the toilet didn't work for a week. Over the year I was there, maintenance requests were most ofter ignored, and rarely fixed in a timely manner (and sometimes not at all)....
