This wasn't a bad experience at all. It's just the chicken was kinda rubbery like there might've been too much fat in it. Came here during lunch hour on a weekday and we were helped right away....

They do ok. Service could be swifter and a bit more pleasant. Place is continuously business. Outside of the Westfield Mall, lots of parking Food is good, though.
