I've been coming here since I was a kid, and I'm thrilled they've reopened under new ownership. The coconut bread has always been my favorite, and I'm glad they kept the same menu items....

Delicious pork buns. This bakery does not disappoint. The closest I've come to char siu manapua. Ample free parking. No restroom. No dining area. Accepts cash or card.

One of my favorite bakery; I've been coming here since I was a kid. The inside of the bakery definitely changed; it was like a Mom and Pops bakery back then with fake cake displays, cakes...

We all know San Diego doesn't have a Chinatown. So every time I go to LA, I always make sure to stop in Chinatown for pastries and baked buns. Then I found out just recently about this place....
