Wish they would have flaked on me... it took the guy 5 mins to give me an estimate that was twice as much as other estimate and then tried to charge me for the "free estimate".

I called and spoke to Mike and he acted as if he had great concern for my needs. Two small kids and a troubled chimney that was pouring creosote down for some unknown reason. He did not show up...

Set up an appointment and this clown never showed up or even had the courtesy to call and cancel appt. That's unsatisfactory and unprofessional. A total fail and flake all the way. Horrible...

NO SHOW for a Confirmed Appointment!!! Tried to contact Mike and like many have said on prior reviews, he rudely dismisses your calls and texts with no reply. Believe that this is how Mike works...
