I've been to most of the other cryotherapy spots in Newport/HB/Costa Mesa, and this location is by far the worst. Rude, disinterested staff, ridiculously long wait to get in (35+) minutes, subpar...

Horrible!!! Do NOT use them! Over 30 MIN wait and rude staff that had NO clue about cryotherapy. Save your money go to ice lab!!
