If I wanted no straw, no sauces, and no napkins I would had gone to the McDonald's next door.. I hope they don't come up to be just like McDonald's where you have to ask for Ice On your Soda too..

This is a BOLD complain. There is a cockroach inside the chick fil a bag together with my salad! I don't wanna go back cause it's 20 mins drive back. I called customer service but they are close....

Friendly service and the food was okay. Got the spicy southwest salad with grilled nuggets and customized it the way I liked. Waffle fries are always a hit
