We just ate at Chick-fil-a today and the service and food were great! Joaquin provided some of the best service I've seen in a long time. We had an issue with one of the burgers and he fixed it...

Drive thru experience is awful. Asked the guy taking my order in the drive thru what dressing normally comes with my salad. Ignores the question so I just pick one. Puts in the wrong dressing...

Horrible service. I was waiting for my food for 10 min and it was already ready but it didn't have my name on it so I just waited. Horrible system. If this could happen maybe get the name right.
