Another zero star rating if I could give one. Unfortunately the seller requested we work with them, but we will never work with them in the future. Kristen Lerch and Lisa Salondaka were horrible...

This is the most incompetent title company that I have ever worked with. In doing the title search the agent just clicked on a link from the county website which took her to a third party site...
