There's a bigger chevron with higher gas prices down the street. this one has a smaller convenience store. has just the basics. just one cashier on duty. cheap gas is the draw here. convenience...

Consistently the gas here is lower than most. A block away it's 20 cents more. For some reason, you have to always go inside to get your receipt. Still a 5 star fill up!
