Apts are nice from inside & also outside. friendly people around. Felix on the other hand manager walks around & talks to you like you shorted him on the rent. Watch the people he actually talks...

Your gonna be without hot water or power or even both at times for days at a time not even hrs. Pathetic.

Their gates suck, give more remotes to the people in the house hold. I shouldn't be waiting to leave the complex because another family member had the remote.
