The Location is beautiful BUT THE MANAGEMENT THE "HR". The lady that calls out all the shots there, the "president" awful person. Not a good human. I feel bad for the maintenance manager there....

This is a resident owned park. The space rent is low but the homes cost more. It is run by the residents through their elected board of directors. It is a quiet senior park and a VERY affordable...
