Cheri Woods began as a real estate investor in 1973 when she bought her first home in N. Hlwd, Ca. which she sold 2 yrs. later for a $17,000 profit to purchase a home in Laurel Cyn, a Hollywood hillside community to many famous musicians and actors. In 1981 she purchased a 2nd home in Studio City. Through the years she has purchased, developed, remodeled, rented, and sold properties as a licensed realtor in California, Florida, and Las Vegas. In 2008 she was marketing vacation rental guest houses at her Woodland Hills/Calabasas estate when contacted by Airbnb who invited her to be one of their hosts. Booked solid for the next 5 yrs. she then listed her properties with other vacation rental agencies and has been hosting guests from around the world ever since. She's currently in the process of remodeling
