HistoryI started KWLA out of my first apartment. It went from selling dinner plates, to preparing food for our weekend parties. Safe to say, KWLA has grown tenfold. Now specializing in corporate events, KWLA has put college parties behind us, but we are still committed to education within our craft. We are constantly working on recipe development and flavor coordination to bring unique and diverse menu options to our clients.

HistoryJonny started 27 years ago smoking meats and experimenting with different herbs and spices for his rubs. He began barbecue catering for family and friends. It became a big hit and so the business began to grow. Jonny now has two large mobile bbq pits that he can bring to the events for bbq catering and full service catering.
