Where do I start? I first discovered Chef's in 2021, and 3 years later I will still swear that they are the best taco truck in Santa Maria. Ive been to most of them and they don't stand a chance...

The pastor tacos are legit. Make sure you get the spicy salsa on this and grab an asada burrito to wash it all down. Been hitting this truck for a few years now. Consistently delicious.
