Where do I start? I first discovered Chef's in 2021, and 3 years later I will still swear that they are the best taco truck in Santa Maria. Ive been to most of them and they don't stand a chance...

The pastor tacos are legit. Make sure you get the spicy salsa on this and grab an asada burrito to wash it all down. Been hitting this truck for a few years now. Consistently delicious.

Their Mesquite Carne Asada tacos are on PAR. Their salsa is that spicyness that doesn't stick around for 45 minutes after you have eaten it and I really enjoyed my first time here. I would return...
