Taste like it's a very high percentage of brown sugar. Actually overwhelmingly sweet. I couldn't use it straight. I added a significant amount of ketchup and apple cider vinegar and some hot sauce...

This may be one of the best BBQ sauces out there now. It's different than a KC or Texas sauce, and basically it's own creature, but I gotta' tell ya this stuff is delicious and goes well with both...
