Having over 20 years experience in the restaurant industry, I have always had a passion for food and making memorable experiences with it. After having the industry basically shut down, I was wanting to still be able to continue with my passion. By deciding to offer my services with a more personalized approach by working with clients on their needs and wants, I can continue making great experiences for people.

Chef Carlos was amazing. Very personable. He did a great job setting up and the food was delicious. We hired him to cater a bday dinner for a small group and enjoyed every morsel.
