History

Officially established in 2019, the founder has been cooking professionally since 1984 in the sports & enterainment industry at professional NFL, NBA and MLB venues. Through this experience the founder was able to acquire professional athletes as clients, preparing protein rich, healthy, very tasty meals. It is the our passion to delight people with delicious, homemade, healthy meals that is the driving force behind the beginning Chefanie's Catering Company.

Our business specializes in excellent customer service and satisfaction, with exceptionally well prepared, healthy, delicious menu items made with fresh ingredients from scratch. Our main dish is authentic, creole seafood gumbo, with a mix of crab, lobster, shrimp, beef sausage links, chicken and vegetables in a rich, dark gumbo roux.
