Unfortunately, this place is closed for good!!! I went there yesterday to get some Castella and it had a sign saying it's closing 10/23 due to the lease expiration......nothing about new location.

I really wanted to like this spot but unfortunately the castella was dry and rather tasteless. They were out of the chocolate flavor, so the cashier recommended the original one in lieu of it....
