The best carnitas tacos around! Not just in Madera. Their salsa is a beautiful thing! No fat or gristle. You may have to wait a bit because it is fresh not sitting in some pot stewing from yesterday.

THEY TAKE LONG. Orders two plates of 3 tacos with rice it was well over a 30mins wait....! The tacos are good but the wait time doesn't make me want to go back. If you try to order over the phone...
