Chase Bank

Chase phone customer service is awful but the ladies in this bank go above and beyond for their clients. I don't believe I've had anyone help make sure I was takin care of the way they did.

Had an appointment to open an account and they wanted to reschedule very rudely. So looks like we dodged a bullet with having an account here with the customer service. Took our business elsewhere.

Unfortunately I have to go inside this branch to get change for work. One teller on a Friday with a line with 20 people in it. Ridiculous. Seems to be an ongoing occurrence based on the reviews....

Chase one teller system is absolutely ridiculous. As I stand in line 25 deep.. I notice laughter of branch manager and bankers without customers . Meanwhile one teller .. they would rather have us...

This is the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of working with , 1 banker and they are slow as hell been waiting over 30 min . I'm going to close my account I'm done with these guys .
