Chase Bank

No 24hr atm. The outside atm never works and you can't get inside on the weekends. Very frustrating!

My partner and I have joint checking/savings accounts & we both have Chase credit cards. We found out that they had entered her middle name incorrectly on all the accounts she is associated with....

Customer service is very little to be desired. Please do not use this particular branch. Private client representatives and branch manager need more training on assisting customer's needs.

Horrible customer service, and they don't care about their clients. Be careful about depositing checks as they will find any reason not to deposit it and will hold your money hostage. Go somewhere...
