This is bogus!! Why are the ATMs inside closed?! I can understand if there were a couple of machines outside in a busy mall, there is not a nearby Chase. Why?!!

really bad atms... change all them to new please. waste a lot of time for waiting but it is not working. I am only deposit $500 but the atm cannot read my bills even though all my bills are new....
