My wife and I have using Chase Bank for many years we enjoy it very much we don't have any problems with Chase. The staff are very friendly but we go to different Chase banks in different area.

Why do you offer notary to your customers to make an appointment online and I get there and you tell me you have no one that does that here? Poor service!
