Had someone hack my account I reported it to chase changed all my info several times they hacked it again , done to fraudulent checks , 2 reversals to put money into my account to make fake...

I came on this branch at 4:54 pm, on 6/19/2023. and it locked me outside. pretty rude. It said closed at 5 pm ? how can you lock customers out before 5 pm ? Rude !!!

Waited 15-20 minutes to talk to someone , NO ONE even noticed me nor tried to approach , even if they were busy...you should have some customer service AT LEAST. unbelievable. I stood up and left...
