Been a customer for years; Branch Manager is the best around; staff are courteous, accommodating and efficient always which reflects the management of this Chase location!

Drove here from Morongo Valley to open a new Savings account since the Yucca Valley branch closed. Several desks staffed by "shirts" with no customers but after eye contact no attempt was made to...

The worst ATM machines ever... I don't know what the problem is, maybe the ATMs are overheating, but these are the slowest and most buggy ATMs I have seen in my entire life ...
