I'm glad I use this branch the tellers are always ready to help and have excellent customer service the branch manager is always on point with greeting his customers I will always come to this branch

I've always had good experience in this branch. From teller to relationship managers, their service is superb. I won't go to the Montrose branch where service is quite a contrary.

Johnathan Kim was very helpful and was able to assist me with ease! Had issues trying to make a withdrawl and he was very persistent with trying to figure out what he needed to do on his end!

After twelve years of banking with chase and doing the fix it account to a normal account and then having to reopen a account with this bank my account is randomly closed and I am not even allowed...

Just came to this bank to get into my safe deposit box . It's been 15mins so far . They have only 1 teller working this bad . Everyone else is just seating at there desks not doing anything at all
