Chase Bank

I walked in to at least three other chase banks trying to get help...!No luck, always excuses Hugo, the manager, was very accommodating!!! I've been on the phone for three days trying to set up...

Don't allow fraudulent charges. Resolution is SLQW. Customer service Is a run around.

The guy helping us spelled my name incorrectly on the account even though I gave him my ID and a credit card. So they won't fix it over the phone, I have to go into the branch with my ID AGAIN so...

They were very nice and quick here and very helpful. I was depositing a whole bunch of coins and they gave me paper to roll it in and deposit.

Bank manager is nice but the heavy set Mexican teller in her 40's is rude and impossible to deal with. I'll go to other branches. My employees have stopped coming here too because of the same lady.
